Application Process
Application
Your Harris TechSoft experience begins with a simple application process where you tell us about yourself, and we tell you a little bit about ourselves. Applicants are screened for current industry/firm vacancies, complimentary skills and the ability to ‘fit’ into our culture which encourages high employee engagement, self-motivation and independence. Successful applicants will be contacted and encouraged to attend our ASA Induction program – where you will learn more about our organisation.
Harris TechSoft Induction
Successful applicants will then participate in our 2-hour Harris TechSoft. Induction program. This program will introduce you to our organization, the industry you will be working in and the requirements of that industry. By the end of these 2 hours, you will have developed the background required for progression through to our Harris TechSoft Training program.
Harris TechSoft Corporate Training
You have successfully applied for a position, and completed the Harris TechSoft Induction program, Harris TechSoft will now deliver a comprehensive training program so you’re job ready the minute you begin your first assignment. Our training program includes on-the-job training, allowing you to develop the competencies to deliver as a professional in your chosen industry. Our goal is to develop independent, self-motivated individuals who can provide the short-term labour our clients require.

Having successfully completed Harris TechSoft Training you are now ready to enter the workplace and deliver for our clients, as an independent and highly motivated member of staff. Our Work Assignments are both challenging and flexible; offering you the opportunity to work in an industry of your choice – in a way which builds your professional experience and confidence. Full Stack Web Developer
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
You should be a self-starter, capable of taking full ownership of projects and bringing new ideas to the table. This role requires a deep understanding of modern development tools, frameworks, and best practices in both client-side and server-side environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
- Write clean, modular, and scalable code across the full development stack.
- Work with UI/UX designers to implement and refine user interfaces.
- Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Maintain and optimize databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Collaborate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Salesforce Architect
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering Salesforce solutions. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a strong technical background and a consultative mindset, who can take ownership of end-to-end solution design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
- Architect solutions across one or more Salesforce Clouds (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Participate in and lead user journey mapping, user story reviews, and acceptance criteria definitions.
- Create and manage Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Ensure quality and reusability through code reviews and best practices.
- Work closely with clients, solution architects, delivery managers, and third-party partners.
- Guide release managers and approve items for deployment across environments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to developers and configuration teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with increasing responsibility.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and DevOps tools (Gearset preferred but not required).
- Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, Lightning Flows, and Salesforce design patterns.
- Proficiency in REST & SOAP APIs, SSO, OAuth 2.0, GIT, and Salesforce governor limits.
